3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Refunds depend on the timing of cancellation:
- 30+ days before departure: full refund minus admin fee.
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days: no refund.
Certain tours, flights, hotels, or special offers may be non-refundable.

4. Travel Documents & Insurance

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas, and other required documents.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

5. Changes by the Company

Palasalobestia Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, local conditions, or operational requirements.
If a major change occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or refunds where applicable.

6. Responsibilities & Liability

Palasalobestia Tours acts as an intermediary between you and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.).
We are not liable for injury, illness, delays, or losses caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, political events).
Participation in adventure activities (e.g., trekking, snorkeling, climbing) is at your own risk.

7. Traveler Conduct

You must follow local laws and respect cultural customs.
Palasalobestia Tours reserves the right to refuse service or remove participants from tours if their behavior endangers others or disrupts the experience.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (text, images, design) belongs to Palasalobestia Tours and cannot be copied or used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johor, Malaysia.
